Ailsa McArthur is part of the Bayleys lifestyle and residential sales team bringing a valued set of skills to the real estate table. Selling both residential and lifestyle properties, Ailsa is supported by her own skilled team; Chelsea Allen being licensed Real Estate Salespeople and Ani who is the administration manager, allowing Ailsa to focus 100% on achieving the best possible result for her clients.

Ailsa draws on personal experience living on a lifestyle property plus an awareness of customer requirements honed through the last 14 years as a Real Estate Salesperson. Previous roles in the construction industry add real value to the real estate process for her clients.

Whilst working in the building industry, Ailsa gathered a wealth of knowledge about residential building processes and an astute understanding of fundamentals around the marketing of sections.

Keen to play an active role in her community, Ailsa belongs to her local Residents and Rate Payers Association, sponsors 2023, 2022 Homelink Road Safety School Workbooks (Albany, Coatesville, Kristin & Pinehurst Primary Schools) and has organised the local primary school Agricultural Day Judges for over a decade. Ailsa is also proud previously sponsored the Coatesville Classic Running Event.
